Door to Door Transfers: In selected resorts, we can drop you off directly at your chalet or hotel, with a short vehicle change if needed.
From the moment you arrive, an AlpNav representative will be there to welcome you in the arrivals hall and guide you directly to your bus. No need to search car parks, so you can begin your journey to the mountains without delay.

To ensure a smooth and stress free experience, please take a moment to read the following essential information regarding your shared AlpNav transfer.
Your Booking
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email.
Please double check your travel dates, times, and pick up/drop off locations listed in the confirmation.
Shared transfers operate on fixed schedules; however, all times are estimated and may change due to weather, traffic, or operational reasons.
If you need to amend your booking, please contact our support team as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability.
Arriving
Upon arrival, please go directly to the designated meeting point provided in your confirmation email.
Look out for AlpNav staff or signage to help guide you.
Transfers depart at estimated times. Please be on time, as shared vehicles cannot wait for delayed passengers.
If your flight is delayed, contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, availability on a later transfer cannot be guaranteed.
Departing
Your pick-up time is carefully planned to get you to your departure point on time, considering weather and road conditions.
All pick-up times are estimates and may vary slightly based on traffic, weather, and shared passenger logistics.
You will receive your final pick-up time the day before travel. If you do not hear from us, please call our office to confirm your pick-up time.
We ask all customers to provide a contactable mobile number during booking so we can reach you with any important updates.
Be ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
For operational reasons, our drivers can only wait a maximum of 5 minutes past the scheduled time.
Please ensure your luggage is packed and ready for loading when the vehicle arrives.
