When making your booking, please provide accurate and complete information including your full name, contact details, flight number, and exact pickup and drop-off locations.
Double-check all details before confirming, as any errors may lead to delays or additional charges.
If your plans change after booking—such as flight time adjustments, cancellations, or changes to pickup/drop-off addresses—please notify us immediately so we can update your transfer accordingly. This helps us provide the best possible service and avoid inconvenience.
Arriving
Upon your arrival at the airport, your driver will meet you at the designated meeting point, holding a sign with your name for easy identification.
We continuously monitor your flight status to accommodate any delays or early arrivals.
Please proceed to the meeting point promptly after collecting your luggage to ensure a smooth and timely transfer.
If you experience any issues locating your driver, don’t hesitate to contact our support team for assistance.
Departing
For your departure transfer, please be ready and waiting at the agreed pickup location at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. This allows us to maintain a smooth schedule and ensure timely arrival at the airport.
